The Directors of Caversham Land realise that it is a privilege to be able to conduct this enterprise. Through this foundation we will be able to give back to the communities in Eastern & Southern Africa where we came from and to humbly enhance the livelihoods of those less privileged than ourselves.

Caversham Foundation is dedicated to sponsoring the building of schools, health clinics, installing water wells, renewable electricity, animal sanctuaries and helping communities adapt to climate change.

To help underprivileged children, especially the girl child to get a better education.

To protect endangered animal species; lions, elephants and rhinos.

To provide community hubs for local enterprise, places of worship and health centres.
